A recommendation for userID and password phrases:

If you own a vehicle, the license plate number and state is a good combination.

Another option is the first, or last, 8 characters of your vehicle VIN.

Or, the first, or last, 8 characters of your drivers license.

While vehicle records are public, it's not easy for the bad guys to associate vehicle identifiers with social security numbers or other critial data.
